We offer a range of building industry related services and advice on the Building Act and Code requirements and act as agents for on-site waste-water systems.



On-site waste-water management solutions and design for dwellings and subdivision
Utilising the latest approved standards and research staff are able to assess individual unserviced sites for the suitability for receiving of wastewater from domestic and commercial development. Reports can be prepared for both the resource consent and building consent processes based on comprehensive on-site evaluation and design incorporating the identification of any sensitive receiving environments that may require special protection.

Monitoring of waste-water systems
Facilitate the testing of waste-water systems to ensure compliance with approved standards or consent conditions.

Plumbing and drainage design
Design for residential, commercial and industrial buildings utilising the scope of AS/NZS 3500 2.2. This standard is being recognised as a major contributor to the reduction in both design and development costs.

Backflow water device testing
We have IQP status in this field for testing various backflow prevention devices for building warrant of fitness purposes.

LPG reticulation and design
